Amy

Okay, thank you for my wine glass.

Garry

You're welcome.

Amy

All right, paul Campbell plays Stefan. He is, of course, a Hallmark fan favorite that starred in more than 20 Hallmark movies, including the Santa Class, the Three Wiser Men movies, and I say three because a new one is coming out.

Garry

Yes, it is.

Amy

Garry

Woo let it go.

Amy

A few of his other acting credits include 26 episodes of spun out, the movie the big year, eight episodes of almost heroes and 25 episodes of battle star galactica. Oh, tyler hines plays taylor, stefan's brother one of stefan's brothers. He's another hallmark fan favorite, of course. Like paul tyler, has been in more than 20 Hallmark productions, including Holiday Touchdown, a Chief's Love Story, all three groomsmen movies that aired last year on Hallmark Plus and are coming to the Hallmark Channel next month, in September.

Garry

Yep.

Amy

Never Been Christ Time for Him to Come Home for Christmas and An Unexpected Christmas Time for him to come home for Christmas and an unexpected Christmas. Some of his other work includes eight episodes of the Hulu series Letter Kenny, four episodes of Unreal and five episodes of Warehouse 13. Do you remember him on Warehouse 13?

Garry

No, I do not.

Amy

No, and we watch that. We'll have to go find which episodes he's in. Yes, we will. Tom schultz in the curious caterer mysteries. He's in an unexpected christmas, a dream of christmas, just to name a few of his homework works. Yes, yes, he will be in the upcoming september hallmark movie adventures in love and birding with rachel boston that's coming up too. Some of his other work includes 13 episodes of against the wall, carnal Innocence and single episodes of Without a Trace CSI Miami, csi New York and ER. He was in ER.

Garry

ER.

Amy

Margaret Collin plays Barbara, their mother, barbara, three Brennan boys' mother, their mother, three Brennan boys, mother for Hallmark. It looks like she was in this movie and the sequel, three wiser men and a boy, and I'm wondering if she'll be in the third movie. I think it's going to be called something like three wisest men if the you know, press was correct yes, I don't know some of her other work includes nine episodes of Veep, 34 episodes of Gossip Girl. She was in the movie Independence Day.

Garry

Oh, okay.

Amy

And most excitedly, she was in the original Three Men and a Baby, where she played Rebecca, Tom Selleck's girlfriend.

Amy

That's right, shout out to Three Men and a Baby. The OG right. Allie Liebert plays Fiona For Hallmark. She was recently in Love of the Irish and Friends and Family Christmas. She has also appeared in Every Time a Bell Rings, a Christmas to Cherish and Cooking with Love. She has also directed several Hallmark movies. She directed Love of the Irish, deck the Halls on Cherry Lane Time for Her to Come Home for Christmas and the Holiday Sitter. Some of her other acting gigs include 15 episodes of Family Law, 20 episodes of Mech X4, an episode of Fringe and the movie the Breakup Artist.

Garry

Oh cool, the Breakup Artist.

Amy

I love the sing-along.

Garry

That works. You love the sing-along, huh.

Amy

Yes, you need to do that at the end of every person that I talk about.

Garry

Oh goodness.

Amy

No, I'm just kidding. Fiona Vroom plays Susie. She's been in several Hallmark productions, including the sequel to this, which is Three Wiser Men and a Boy, and I got to believe she's going to be in the third installment.

Garry

Yes.

Amy

Also, she was in the Wedding Veil movies. She was also in Curious Caterer, forbidden Fruit, nantucket Noel and Love in Store. Some of her other work includes a series on Hulu called Murder in a Small Town that premiered in 2024. She was in six episodes of that season and she will be in seven episodes in the upcoming second season set to premiere next month. Lots of premiering going on next month September is it right?

Garry

Yes.

Amy

She was in 16 episodes of the series Snowpiercer four episodes of the man in the High Castle and an episode of iZombie iZombie iZombie comes around.

Garry

That comes around quite a bit too. Sounds like an Apple product. Ohombie, izombie, izombie comes around. That comes around quite a bit.

Amy

Sounds like an Apple product, oh boy. I doubt that that's related to Apple, but I don't know who knows. Matt Hamilton plays Mark the neighbor. He's done a ton of Hallmark work. He was in the Wish Swap, the sequel to this. Three Wiser Men and a Boy World Record Christmas. To this Three Wiser Men and a Boy World Record Christmas. The Cases of Mystery Lane, campfire Christmas, sailing into Love and Homegrown Christmas Christmas. I haven't even had a sip yet of my wine.

Amy

A few of his other work includes the Baby. My Husband Lied About an episode of Wild Cards Girl in Room 13. He was in six episodes of Turner and Hooch and two episodes of Continuum.

Garry

Oh, nice there you go?

Amy

Continuum. Loved that show too, yeah.

Garry

Terry Ingram directed this particular episode and he has 100 directing credits.

Amy

Yes, he does His.

Garry

Hallmark directing work is expensive and it includes Journey. To you, my Argentine Heart, Happy Holidays.

Amy

That's a hard one to say, though. Holidays Right, instead of holidays.

Garry

Three Wiser Men and a Boy Love on the Danube.

Amy

Love Song. We just watched that. I know we did.

Garry

And it was pretty good. Yeah, gilda Newport Mysteries, murder at the Breakers, retreat to you and 18 episodes of Chesapeake Shores, and the list goes on and on and on.

Amy

Good for him. That's pretty cool.

Garry

I know, and a few of his other directing credits include three episodes of RL. His other directing credits include three episodes of RL, stine's the Haunting Hour, a Trace of Danger and eight episodes of La Femme Nikita.

Amy

Kind of sounds like he gets a good mixture right, like in his early work he was doing the danger. Yeah, and then he comes to Hallmark.

Garry

La Femme, nikita sounds familiar.

Amy

Yeah, that was a series, I think late 90s early 2000s. Does that sound right?

Garry

I think you're right, maybe early 2000s?

Amy

I'm not exactly sure, but that was a popular series.

Garry

Yeah, well, this episode. I said it again.

Amy

It's because we're doing so many. We're in the middle of like what Providence Falls and they're calling those episodes, even though they're movies. We're doing Chicken Sister episodes. So, we're in episodes.

Garry

Okay, let's try this again.

Amy

Try it again.

Garry

Paul Campbell and Kimberly Sested wrote Three Wise Men and a Baby.

Amy

There you go, you did it.

Garry

Yay, Paul Campbell. He has six writing credits and they're all for Hallmark.

Amy

Oh, good for him.

Garry

This one, of course. Three Wise Men and a Boy and Mariah's Layhouse. Christmas at Castle Hart. An Unexpected Christmas and A Christmas by Starlight.

Amy

Aw, that's pretty cool.

Garry

And Kimberly. She has three writing credits, including this movie, three Wiser Men and a Boy and Christmas by Starlight.

Amy

So they must have written that one together.

Garry

Cool, it sounds like. It sounds like. Yeah, it's cool. I like how these hallmark actors are like all buddy buddies, you know, yeah, and they all collaborate on things. They seem like a close-knit group.

Amy

You know some of them. I'm sure they're not all close to one another, but it does seem that way when they start collaborating I know, yeah, pretty cool.

Garry

And, as a note, she does appear in this movie.

Amy

She does as a nurse or a doctor A doctor, excuse you.

Garry

And of course, she's a Hallmark staple and has been in more than 20 Hallmark productions.

Amy

Good for her. Yeah, we love her too, Ooh yeah, we do she was in one of our favorites Was it last year? The Santa class?

Garry

Yes, that was 2024, right? Yeah, I think so. I really enjoyed that one, so is it time to drop this? It?

Amy

is time to drop the synopsis. Three brothers are surprised when they find themselves forced to care for a baby during the holidays. During the journey, they begin to rebuild their relationship as brothers, while rediscovering their love for Christmas.

Garry

Yay.

Amy

Yay.

Garry

And don't forget, we do have spoilers when we talk about the movie.

Amy

Yeah, but it's three years old. I know I sort of feel like, but hey, still going to give you a warning. A warning, yeah, just in case.

Garry

So if you haven't seen it yet. Hit pause, go watch it. Come back.

Amy

Hit, play play and let us know what you think. Hit pause, go watch it. Come back, hit play.

Garry

Finish the review right, we got it okay, so shall we dive into this well, let's dive into it.

Amy

So what did you think?

Garry

I really enjoyed this movie.

Amy

Yeah.

Garry

I mean, think about it, you have three brothers grown men living with their mama.

Amy

Yes, yes.

Garry

One in the house in the back.

Amy

Yep.

Garry

One in the basement, and I guess Luke lives upstairs in his mom's house.

Amy

We'll talk. I have something to say about that a little bit later, but I just love the way it opened like that. Like you see them all they're independent at first and then they go home and they're like not that there's anything wrong with that. Sometimes I mean we've had kids move back in and move back out a couple times. You know it happens, but it was such a cute way to open the movie.

Garry

Yes, it really was Go ahead. And I love how they intertwined this story with love, emotions, sadness.

Amy

It was funny, it was yeah, yeah, I agree, I really really enjoyed it.

Garry

I agree, and having three leading men. Yes, I agree, I really really enjoyed it, I agree, and having three leading men.

Amy

Yes, big stars.

Garry

And neither one's trying to outshine the other Just truly shows you how close these guys are. Yeah, yeah, at this cast. That's a good point.

Amy

I mean the chemistry is so good between the three of them and their co-stars, and yeah, it just really is so natural and cool.

Garry

Yes, and the supporting cast yeah, everybody Beautiful. Yeah, I agree. So what did you think?

Amy

I agree with everything you said. I think that you know. I distinctly remember going to the theater to see um three men and a baby, which I know this isn't like an offshoot of that, but it is like it. I mean you know you can't deny the similarities and I don't know how intentional or not that was, but I mean it definitely is there right so and I loved that right came out in the late 80s and tom selleck right tom selleck, um steve gutenberg and Ted Danson yeah Right, those are the three stars at the time.

Amy

So whenever I see something like this, I'm sort of like ugh, am I going to like it Now? To be fair, we didn't watch it when it came out in 2022. I think we watched it about a year later, maybe the next Christmas, yeah.

Garry

I think it was last year. No, it would have been 24.

Amy

No, we watched it in 23. I think yeah.

Amy

Yeah, we watched it in 23 and then we've rewatched it a few times since then. Right, so, so. But when it's coming out, I'm always I mean, it's okay for people to kind of do this sort of thing, but I'm always you know cause I'm such an eighties girl and anything that's redone or remade and I'm like but this isn't a remake. I know this isn't a remake, but it was so good, it was so so good. The writing was really good, the banter was great oh, it was between the brothers you know, and then you throw in the girls that they kind of like.

Amy

I liked the whole theme of, you know, family these are, these are brothers who get along a little bit on the surface, but really there's some deep-seated stuff and I mean, and I love, I just love the way it was written because it's serious but it's not too serious. You don't get like down in the weeds with the emotions, although there were parts that were touching and heartfelt and everything. So they played everything really well together, like I said, between the, between the banter, between the family, between their mom, between the other girls and, of course, the baby.

Amy

You know they're taking care of the baby, which is the crux of the story. So I just thought the way it all came together was really, really good and I just thoroughly enjoyed it, yeah.

Garry

I love it. Yeah, I love it. Yeah, I love it. All right, well, you want to talk about favorite scenes? Sure, you go first you want me to go first.

Amy

Yep, so mine, a lot of mine, shockingly has to do with the banter, because I have a very witty, sarcastic sense of humor, so I loved so many scenes in this movie that had to do with that. Of course I love the emotional stuff, but I also love so right out of the gate when you know taylor. Um, he gets fired or let go right and he's walking home and he sees his neighbor, mark, who is not the brightest bulb in the pack but and so he and taylor, mark and taylor of banter, and you know Taylor's like did the truck come? With an unearned self-confidence Because you know Mark has this big right like big truck.

Amy

And then Mark says no, it came with a snowmobile. And Taylor's like you've got a bulb out and I'm not talking about your lights. You know, because then Mark turned. I just thought that that was really cute and funny and just witty and I wonder how much maybe was ad lib. So I just like that scene and we talked a little bit earlier. I liked the very beginning scene where you see where each of the brothers are in their career. Which again I'll talk about a little bit more. So that was one.

Garry

What about you Speaking of bantering when they were at the dinner table?

Amy

Yes, that's my next one and, oh, my goodness, yes, so it's Taylor and Stefan. Taylor and Stefan.

Garry

They're going back and forth talking about Dungeons and Dragons and Pet Detective and Mission Impossible. I mean, come on.

Amy

Well, it's like it's, I think. Think, because doesn't taylor call him a pet detective and he's like I'm a pet therapist yeah sephan says that and then he's like makes everything. Somebody says something about, makes everything possible. And then I don't know who it is. It says your mission impossible. And he's like what you know? I just yes that the dinner with their mom it was. That was funny I agree I agree, what else their mom? That was funny, I agree, I agree, what else you got?

Garry

Because what was funny is their mom was talking about decorating the tree and them two were just going at it.

Amy

Yeah, they weren't paying any attention to that. I'm done.

Garry

Another one of mine was when the brothers they had Thomas and they dressed up in those elf costumes and took pictures with Santa at the market.

Amy

Yes, I had that too that was so cool well I love that, that whole scene where they go right? Is that when they do the ice skating or they take the baby, or is that?

Garry

later, that's when they have the baby on the ice yes right and then they take pictures and they're taking videos of the baby and it's just and just so cute, the slow-mo and then with with taylor and the candy cane in his mouth, I mean. Oh yeah, it's just really really cute.

Amy

Right, and you said they buy the elf costumes, yes, and then that was just. It was such a cool scene, yeah, when they're all around, and yeah, it really worked. I liked when the kid hustles Taylor to borrow his wagon because Taylor's oh my God, he needs something to cart the baby around right, yes, right. He takes the baby to the store in the wagon and the woman's like how old is he? And he's like that, that old, he just says that.

Amy

No, he doesn't even say old. I don't think he says that and he kind of like points to him yeah that's funny, just part of the wit and all of that. I just, oh my gosh, I could talk about every scene like that. And then what about when Stefan and Taylor are trying to put together the baby swing?

Garry

Yes.

Amy

Right and they're having a hard time and I think Stefan says it's like they want us to throw things because they're so frustrated by the instructions and we've all been there, right, when you're trying, especially baby things like cribs and playpens and the swings and you know all of the toys that they have and then Luke comes home, right, thomas, finally the baby finally falls asleep and Luke comes home and wakes him up and they're like Luke.

Garry

Right.

Amy

Like be quiet, shh you know. And then, what did they say about the cat gifs? Oh, because they're like don't you answer a text message? Isn't that what they said?

Garry

Yeah.

Amy

And he said something like they're just cat gifs, they're boring cat gifs they're boring cat gifs. And I love how Taylor's like how dare you. It's just so funny. Tyler H so funny. Tyler hines is so good in that role with that quick wit. And then um, then he's like don't let him get to you, to stephan, he's saying that about luke, so I like that.

Garry

Yeah, I thought that was funny too, because so taylor ends up watching the baby, baby thomas first, right, and you. It's so funny because by the end of the day which which I think is the end of the day Stefan comes home and he doesn't see Taylor sitting in a chair and he opens the refrigerator and when he closed it he turns and there he is and Taylor looks like he's been to hell and back.

Garry

He's like all disheveled and he's just sitting there and he was like, oh, it's been a long day or something and Stefan goes. It's only been two hours.

Amy

Well, he's like. You have no idea what I've been through. I was extorted by a 10-year-old that was so, so funny and then, after Stefan says it's only been two hours, he's like, but it feels like a lifetime.

Garry

Yes, he's so good at those.

Amy

What's so relatable about that is, you know, even if you've had to babysit your own kids, sometimes it just feels like forever. Things go wrong or you're trying to figure it out, and especially in their circumstance where you know the baby's dropped off at the fire station and it's specifically to Luke, like it's addressed to Luke, you know the oldest brother, brother, and he brings the baby home but then he leaves.

Amy

Yeah, well, their mom is. I guess we didn't explain. Their mom is there, right, um, played by marker colin who was in three men and a baby. Yep, um, but she's there for a little bit, but then she has to leave, so she can't.

Amy

You know, they're kind of counting on her and that part is is kind of funny too, how they end up with the baby the three of them and they're counting on her. And that part is kind of funny too, how they end up with the baby the three of them and they're trying to take turns and then, like you said, then after Taylor, then it's Stefan's turn for the baby and he's going to make cookies because it's so easy to hold the baby and make cookies right and.

Garry

Taylor comes in. You keep wanting to say Tyler, I don't know what that is, why did they make him so close to his real name? And so he comes in and Stefan is, he's got flour all over his face and cookies are burning. And then the next one that I have is when Luke comes in and he sees them too, right yeah. He's like, oh man, you guys just don't know how to do it Right. So he takes the baby and they're like waiting for the next day to see him.

Amy

Right, cause they're like oh yeah, yeah, you're so good at it, how easy is it.

Garry

They come in and he's sitting there baking cookies and he put the swing together and they're all like really Well, we warmed him up for you?

Amy

Yeah, it's funny. Yeah, because Luke is just doing a phenomenal job. Of course you know, the oldest sibling steps up and he doesn't have any problem. He doesn't have flour all over himself like Stefan did. He doesn't look all disheveled like Taylor did. So do you have any more? I thought that was cool, Like Taylor did.

Garry

So do you have any more?

Amy

I thought that was cool, Of course, when they dance you know we haven't gotten into the whole light display of it all, but when they do, is it the Sugar Plum?

Garry

Fairy or whatever From Nutcracker, from.

Amy

Nutcracker and they do their dance for the girls that are there and Mark right. Isn't Mark in the house at that time. Oh, no, maybe not no, he's not there there, and mark right isn't mark in the house at that time. Oh no, maybe no, no, he's not there, sorry, sorry, no, not mark. So, um so I liked.

Garry

Of course, I love that.

Amy

Yeah, that was really cool because they're like it's something they did when they were younger. So those are moments where you know they they kind of bicker and banter and then you see them kind of have moments that they remember when they were younger, when they had a good time time, and then they try to win the light competition, the Christmas light competition for their mom, because they realize it's hard for three of them to take care of one, and she was one person and took care of all three after their dad left.

Amy

So they're getting a perspective that they did not have before about how hard she must have had it. Oh yeah, that's no joke and how much of a pain in the keister they probably were.

Garry

Oh, they seemed like they were a pain in the keister.

Amy

I mean, I could talk about so many scenes were just so good and so well written and so and just fun.

Garry

Yeah.

Amy

You know, just a fun movie with heart. That's what I loved about this.

Garry

So you have any more.

Amy

No, I don't have to.

Garry

No All right, you want to move on to? I mean, like I said, I could talk about Cheers.

Amy

Cheers and jeers.

Garry

Okay, your biggest cheer or cheers One cheer, my biggest cheer, or one of them, is how the brothers came together to watch Thomas After they each had their turn with Thomas. They all kind of came together and, you know, they kind of figured out that you know, to raise a baby you need a village, right, right. And so they learned how to do it. And I thought that was considering their upcoming and their dad had left, yeah yeah, and they were little Seeming they kind of learned to lean on each other and accept help and they kind of yeah.

Garry

Yeah, so that was one of my cheers.

Amy

You know what we didn't talk about. I got to go back to this because I just glanced at my notes. But we talked about how, how great luke was right, but then luke is gone all day and he hasn't texted. That hasn't? Luke takes the baby right and he goes right I don't know to the fire state. I forget where he takes him to the fire station and um and taylor and stephan are kind of waiting for him like he's not checking in.

Amy

He's not texting them. They don't know where the baby is. You know they're at home. I thought that that scene was really funny. And then when he walks in, they're like where were you? And he's like you know, I was out, I'm going to make you know. And then he starts to make dinner and he brought the wrong baby home.

Garry

Yes.

Amy

When they look at the baby.

Garry

Okay. And what I had that as one of my jeers.

Amy

Oh, you do.

Garry

Yes, oh.

Amy

Only because who in their right mind does not when you're putting the baby in the car in when did he say he was? I don't even know.

Garry

I think he was at a toy store or something, I don't even know where he was and unfortunately there were two baby seats that had the same type blanket and he just turned around and picked one up and put it in the car. But wouldn't you just raise the blanket?

Amy

up just to make sure the baby is okay. You would think you would, but you know, never wake a sleeping baby. Like you don't want to accidentally do that. And yeah, I mean of course you would check. I mean I get that, but I'm saying but I mean, you hear about people leaving their kids in the car. You know they forget, they are running into.

Amy

You know, I mean, I guess that's not the same as taking a completely different baby. But yeah, yeah, no, I get it. I just liked it because not that he forgot the baby or got the wrong baby, but just because he was kind of like what's the big deal? I'm great at this, and then he comes home literally with the wrong kid in the car seat and he tries to justify it. And then they're like you lost a baby.

Garry

Yeah, you, you, you were worse than us.

Amy

You were worse than us. You lost a baby. No, or worse than.

Garry

I lost a baby. No, I get it.

Amy

So anyway, all right.

Garry

Any more cheers I digress.

Amy

No, not cheers. We're on cheers right Cheers.

Garry

I said I didn't say any yet.

Amy

Oh, so I've kind of already talked about it the writing, the delivery the banter, the heartfelt moments, the revelation. I just thought it all flowed really well, with the exception of maybe picking up the wrong baby.

Amy

I don't know, I don't know how many times I could say I just thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish, and even with the wrong baby and all. So that was a big cheer for me. Another one, it, you know, and, and they did such a great job and they, you know, turned it a little bit, you know, made it a little bit different. So, of course, the baby you know, in three men and a baby, the baby's actually Ted Danson's Right, but in this one it's not Luke's, it was just left for him at the fire station yeah, yeah, so yeah, and you find that out near the end that

Garry

yeah sophie was the one who left baby thomas and it was because, when she was in labor, luke was the, the fireman on scene and he stayed there with her and got her through it, and and she remembered it, helped him deliver the baby. So that's why she dropped him off the fire station with a note with his name on it. Yeah, because everybody's thinking it's his baby.

Amy

Right, he doesn't know who it's with or whatever. So that was kind of a funny part to it too, right. And then you know, right, taylor loses his job but goes home. You know, stephan has that severe social anxiety. We learn right away. But you know so he's a pet psychologist, so he doesn't have to talk to people.

Amy

You know, he can talk to pets, you know, and he lives. Taylor loses his job. We see that he lives at home in the basement. Stefan has social anxieties, a pet psychologist. He lives in the back house like you mentioned. Luke is a firefighter but also lives at home, but we find out he's been remodeling a home forever and trying to get it complete so he can move out.

Amy

But he too is at home. So you see, so you get a glimpse into each one, and the same thing happens at the end of the movie right right.

Amy

So stefan admits to suzy she had a pet that she had gone to him with. But you know they kind of develop a relationship. So he admits to her that he likes her and he's like you make me not want to hide away, because that's what he does when he gets anxiety and she kisses him. And it reminded me of like you make me not want to hide away because that's what he does when he gets anxiety and she kisses him. And it reminded me of like you had me at hello.

Garry

Right.

Amy

You know no.

Garry

Show me the money, yeah.

Amy

Taylor apologizes to his team where he worked.

Garry

Yes.

Amy

At his former employer's office. You know he kind of has to grovel a little bit, but he's, he comes around. That's part of the whole theme of the movie. Right, Figuring out where you're at in life. He's learning that he can't just be the way he was, and skate through, and so he apologizes. He goes back to his job. And who was in? Signed, sealed, delivered as?

Garry

Norman.

Amy

Norman Shout out yes, yeah, it was kind of cool.

Garry

It was cool that he actually welcomed him back. Yeah, yeah, it was pretty cool. I thought it was cool. Yeah, that was cool. That's a Norman move right there, that is a Norman move.

Amy

Luke goes to the baby Thomas' mom's house has. She has since come and picked up the baby basically she said she needed she just needed a break a little bit of a break, um, and then he's like. You know, I know what it's like to carry the world because he's taking care of his two younger brothers after his dad left and he had all that responsibility. And then she invites him in to see thomas. So I just, and then you go to a year later yes, right, and they're all together.

Amy

Yes, you know, luke is with sophie right and stephens with suzy and taylor is fiona is she there also? Yeah, so they're all and mark the neighbor is there. Mark comes in last, mark comes in last.

Garry

With the fire.

Amy

So Luke's house is done, you know, and, like I said, even Mark is there. So I just I really that's a big cheer for me. You had the beginning of all of them and then the end of all of them you see where they're at and then the middle. You know, we kind of saw what they all went through right to get to that point. Yeah, so, and their mom is happy that they're all they finally come around to not hating each other, appreciating each other and decorating the Christmas tree that she wanted decorated and the house.

Garry

And the house, and the house, the nativity scene. Yeah, and the nativity, the nativity, and the house, the nativity scene.

Amy

Yeah, and the nativity, the nativity.

Garry

And I just love when you go to turn the lights on the Christmas tree, lights on on the house. They come on everybody's cheering and then pew.

Amy

And then they go out. Yeah, that's right. Oh, that's right, because Fiona's doing the light show from the inside. That's right. Yeah, then you have that Christmas vacation moment.

Garry

It's almost like a Christmas vacation, because she goes, I'll fix it. And then she runs to the garage and opens up the panel, the breaker panel.

Amy

Breaker panel, yeah, and she's trying to fix it, and they're out front doing the live nativity scene, right, and then they kind of just wing it.

Garry

And that's when their mom comes in.

Amy

Yeah, and that's when their mom comes in.

Garry

Yeah, it was really good, it was really good. Yeah, it was really really good. So did you have any jeers?

Amy

I did not have any jeers.

Garry

I just had that one. That was it Just the one.

Amy

That's it. That's all you had for a jeer. That's good, that's pretty good.

Garry

Yeah, it is yeah All right.

Amy

What was your tinsel-topped moment? You had to pick one.

Garry

It was when the brothers were in the car and they were talking about their feelings and their emotion when their dad left. Because Luke kind of went off and talked about I do everything for everybody and never for me and they apologized. You know. Taylor talked about how he skates through, yeah, you know. And Stefan talks about how he's afraid and he always went to his room just to hide from it.

Amy

He admitted he did hide yeah.

Garry

And them getting it all out in the open and they all understanding each other brought them closer together. Yeah, that was a really good scene. Yeah, so what about you?

Amy

If I had to pick one tinsel-top moment, that would probably be it. I mean the whole. I just appreciated the movie as a whole. You know, I mean, yeah, that was a great moment where they finally come together. And what do I always say? It's about communication, about getting it out so it doesn't fester because, things can fester for years and that's what you know.

Amy

My tittle-top moment is just the way the writing was that handled all of it in a way that you know, we had that moment in the car, but there were also the banter moments there were also, of course, it was full of Christmas. We had the baby of it all. You know we had that moment in the car, but there were also the banter moments there were also, of course, it was full of Christmas, we had the baby, of it all you know, and I liked how, I really liked how they. You know the mom, you know, when she left the baby at the fire station she knew the baby would be safe with Luke, because she trusted him, because he helped deliver the baby and all that jazz. And sometimes, not that you need a break, but sometimes if you don't have any help or you don't have family around, right and there's. I mean, there's a reason, there's a phrase. It takes a village.

Amy

And Barbara, their mom, so yeah, and I like that they had the mom say look.

Garry

She deserves a second chance. Yeah, everybody needs a break.

Amy

you know we understand like it happens and you know the appreciation of the boys for their mom, because it does take kids to grow up pay their own bills, do their own thing, raise their own kid. You know to really have it ingrained upon them how much sacrifice parents do for their kids.

Garry

Yep A lot of the time you know.

Amy

So my tinsel top moment is probably just the whole thing. Sorry, oh awesome.

Garry

So out of five ornaments, how many?

Amy

I have to give it a five. I mean the three guys at the top of the bill, you know, I mean they. They're so great together. You talked about it. The chemistry between them and all the supporting cast really was great. I love the neighbor, you know, who's like his elevator doesn't reach the top floor but he's still fun and funny in the banter and so um, yeah, so I just you know andrew walker, tyler hines and um paul camp paul campbell. We're so, so good yeah so so good.

Amy

Yeah, so, so good, and we know we've seen the next movie. We're excited about the third one, but just the chemistry, like you said, it just really shines through.

Garry

Yeah it does.

Amy

Their actual friendship and their banter.

Garry

Well, I give it five ornaments too.

Amy

You would give it five ornaments. You'd hang five ornaments on the tree. Yes, I would, all right.

Garry

I really enjoy this. Oh, but let's give a shout out to Felicia Simone, who plays Jones, one of Luke's co-workers at the fire station.

Amy

She is in Providence Falls. She is in Providence Falls right now.

Garry

Just want to give a shout out to her too.

Amy

All three episodes have now aired on the Hallmark Channel and they are streaming on Hallmark Plus. Just a little plug for her she plays Suzette in Providence Falls, so we saw her again, we didn't talk about her during the cast.

Garry

But yeah, so you know, Is that a wrap?
